Risk Assessment
Every project starts with a hypothesis risk map. We classify assumptions by verification cost and impact. High-cost, high-impact assumptions are validated first via targeted prototypes, not full builds.
Robustness Check
Data is stress-tested against edge cases. We look for anomalies, confounding variables, and sample bias. A "robust" insight holds across different segments, not just the average.
Limits Acknowledgment
We explicitly state what our data *cannot* tell us. This includes long-term cultural trends, hardware fragmentation, and external market shocks. Clarity on limits builds trust.

How do you handle GDPR compliance?
We process all data within EU servers. We provide full data lineage reports and can sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). We do not sell or share raw player data.
What's your integration timeline?
Lightweight tracking can be live in 3-5 business days with SDK integration. Full design sprints require a 1-week scoping period before kickoff.
Do you work with Unreal Engine?
Yes. Our stack is engine-agnostic. We've built custom event trackers for UE5 projects and can provide reference code.
What does a typical report look like?
We provide raw data exports (CSV/JSON) and a visual dashboard. We avoid vanity metrics; every chart ties back to a business or design decision.

We operate a small, focused studio in Berlin's Mitte district. In-person collaboration is encouraged for EU-based clients.
